The Naturepedic Quilted Deluxe Organic Cotton Crib Mattress is a luxurious innerspring baby mattress that uses 252 heavy duty coils. The mattress is fire safe, fairly firm (for support) and does not use any wool or latex which can sometimes cause allergic reactions. It also doesn’t use any vinyl/PVC or polyurethane foam which can release chemicals over time. The organic cotton used is unbleached and grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, GMOs, or chemical fertilizers. Consumer comments are not plentiful for this mattress but a few (9) were found. There are really no negative comments about this mattress (except one where the mattress became indented but was satisfactorily replaced by Naturepedic).
