![]() Click to see on Amazon Air mattresses are also known as airbeds and are essentially inflatable mattresses. They are a popular choice for camping, as a portable mattress, or for home use (often temporary sometimes not). They can be deflated and easily stored. Airbeds tend to be larger air mattresses that are often meant for guest use or even permanent beds. [REF Air Mattress Reviews 2010] Features The Aerobed for Kids is constructed of heavy duty 18 gauge PVC. PVC is strong, flexible and weather resistant. The seams of the bed are electronically welded which makes them very durable. The mattress should be good for years of use. The mattress and included cover are hypoallergenic and the mattress weighs a light 11.4 pounds. The Aerobed comes with a 2 year limited warranty.
What do consumers say? Some folks indicated that there were a few items they did not like about the Aerobed for Kids. - The pump requires a plug-in power source. It cannot be battery operated. All-in-all this is one of the highest rated mattresses we have seen. It should be noted that the price is not particularly high for a mattress - it is well priced at Amazon (usually under 80USD) and it is possible therefore that expectations are not that high. However this mattress does pretty much what it claims to do, and customers seems to love it.
